Description
The Alabama Board of Nursing is soliciting a contractor to relocate furniture, workstations, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, shelving, office equipment, computers and peripherals, boxes, supplies, files, and other designated items from offices in Montgomery and Clanton. Primary items will be delivered to a satellite office in Birmingham; designated surplus items will also be delivered to the ADECA Surplus Warehouse and RSA Plaza in Montgomery. The contractor must provide trained personnel, vehicles, moving equipment, packing and protective materials, transportation, loading, unloading, placement, furniture disassembly and reassembly, debris removal, building-surface protection, and coordination with building management. Required packing materials must be supplied within seven calendar days after award. Bidders must submit a lump-sum price with the specified cost breakdown, identify any subcontractors, and include proof of bonding and commercial liability insurance. Attendance at all scheduled site visits is mandatory for bid eligibility.
