The State of Minnesota is soliciting a contractor to replace existing overhead doors and perform HVAC work at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Work must be performed during business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory before submitting a response. The solicitation also addresses written questions, substitution requests, and supporting information for proposed substitutions, including manufacturer literature, similar-project references, test data, samples when requested, and a letter explaining differences from the specified product.
