Description
The City of Watertown is soliciting bids for repairs to a water treatment building at 409 Carter Street NE, Watertown, Minnesota. The work includes exterior building-envelope repairs, replacement of deteriorated upper-wall concrete masonry unit construction with new face CMU, installation of an air barrier and insulation, and replacement of existing roofing systems, including all related labor, materials, and accessories required for a complete installation.
