Description
The City of Shakopee is soliciting bids for construction of the Minnesota Riverbank Protection and Parks Integration Project, Project No. PR-23-002. Major quantities include common excavation, select granular and common embankment, permanent Type 1 sheet pile, PVC pipe sewer, Class III shoreline riprap, concrete pavement, concrete and bituminous walks, and bituminous wear-course mix. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid, and prospective bidders must be on the QuestCDN plan holders list for their bids to be accepted. The project is subject to Minnesota Statute 16C.285, Responsible Contractor requirements. Each bid must include a bid bond, cash deposit, certified bank letter of credit, or certified check payable to the City of Shakopee in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount.
