Description
This solicitation is for the construction of foam roof repairs at the Lincoln Parish Police Jury Detention Center located in Ruston, Louisiana. The project is classified under Roofing and Sheet Metal, and Siding. The contract time is 90 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $100 per calendar day. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, June 25th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time via TEAM call. Bidders are encouraged to participate and arrangements will be made for job site visits. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 9th, 2026, either by mail or hand delivery to 100 West Texas Ave #301, Ruston, LA 71270, or electronically at www.CENTRALBIDDING.com. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required upon award. Bidders must comply with Louisiana State Licensing Law for Contractors and show their license number on the sealed bid envelope. The bid proposal is firm for forty-five (45) days from the bid opening.
