Description
Walker County is seeking qualifications from engineering firms registered to practice in Texas to provide comprehensive civil engineering services for Stubblefield Lake Road improvements under a USDA Forest Service cooperative agreement. The scope includes grant and project support, preliminary and final roadway design, surveying, utility mapping, geotechnical investigations, drainage and culvert analysis, floodplain and environmental support, permitting, right-of-way documentation, cost estimates, specifications, and construction documents for approximately three miles of roadway and related bridge, culvert, and drainage improvements. The selected firm will also support bid development and evaluation, contract administration, construction oversight, inspections, testing, change-order review, project reporting, as-built documentation, and federal grant compliance, including 2 CFR 200 requirements. The procurement will establish indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity engineering contract(s), with qualifications evaluated based on experience, work performance, capacity, staff, federal-project experience, and proximity to Walker County. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications with the requested narratives, references, certifications, forms, insurance documentation, and federal compliance materials.
