Description
The City of Huntsville is soliciting competitive sealed bids for construction work to repair an eroded side slope and scour area along Town Branch Creek. The scope includes site preparation and water control; approximately 2,046 cubic yards of imported fill; approximately 1,506 cubic yards of 24-inch stone-protection riprap; anchored sod, topsoil, and hydromulch; erosion and sediment controls; and restoration of disturbed areas. A chain-link security gate and construction materials testing are also included. The work is to be completed within 105 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated project cost is approximately $550,000.
