Description
Montezuma County is soliciting a contractor to provide janitorial services at its Administration building, including floor and carpet cleaning, restroom sanitation, waste handling, restroom-supply replenishment, cleaning of drinking fountains and entry doors, spot-cleaning, and securing the building. The scope also includes recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual specialty-cleaning tasks, as well as County-approved extra services billed hourly. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday after 5:30 p.m. The contractor must maintain supply inventory, ensure personnel pass background checks and E-Verify, and provide three references. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
