Description
The City seeks a qualified contractor to provide a complete pyrotechnic fireworks show for its annual July 3 celebration. The scope includes fireworks products and equipment, trained pyrotechnicians and other necessary staffing, show production and operation, accompanying music files with cues, staging and setup, teardown, and cleanup of the display site and fallout. Proposals should describe the show offering, work plan, implementation schedule, relevant experience, and references, and include a fee proposal with detailed costs and optional future-year pricing. The initial event is planned for July 3, 2027, with optional extensions for later annual events. The contractor must coordinate with City staff, provide required insurance and licensing, and meet the stated safety, inspection, setup, and cleanup requirements. The submission must include the completed supplemental proposal forms and a separate cost proposal, either sealed separately for a physical submission or as a separate electronic attachment.
