Description
The City seeks qualifications from a consultant or multidisciplinary team to prepare a historic structures report for a former Masonic lodge and school. The work includes documenting the building’s history and architectural evolution; researching the local Masonic organization and its relationship to the property; identifying significant people, events, and features; evaluating historic character and significance under applicable preservation criteria; and recommending preservation, maintenance, and rehabilitation approaches, with cost estimates. Deliverables include an executive summary, draft and final reports, and supporting documentation. Qualifications should describe the proposed services and team members’ relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and applicable licenses or registrations. Submissions must include at least three references for similar work, resumes for the project manager or lead and other key personnel, and a project schedule. The qualifications are limited to 15 pages, excluding resumes, and must include the solicitation’s cover sheet. The selected candidate will later develop a detailed scope of work and cost estimate; that is a post-selection requirement, not part of the initial submission.
