Description
The Port seeks proposals addressing both a Maximo Hosting Subscription Agreement and a Master Services Agreement. The hosting scope covers the Production and Test environments in a third-party cloud environment, including routine administration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, operational support, and the required service levels. The Port intends to continue using its existing 200 App Point licenses and requires support for its current integrations and configurations. Services are to be provided remotely. The Master Services Agreement includes a fixed-price, milestone-based migration from Maximo EAM 7.6.1.3 to a hosted Maximo Application Suite 9.x environment, with discovery, architecture and migration planning, data and integration migration, testing, cutover, recovery validation, knowledge transfer, and documentation. It also includes ongoing production support for the Production and Test environments, including issue resolution, integration support, and minor configuration changes. Proposals must include a hosting/SaaS agreement, migration and production-support statements of work, and a separate cost breakdown using the provided Attachment E form. The stated budget targets are $90,000–$130,000 annually for hosting, $100,000–$160,000 for the migration project, and an estimated $40,000–$60,000 annually for production support.
