Description
The State University of New York at Oneonta is soliciting sealed bids for the Solar Field – Campus Utilities Extension project. The contractor must install permanent or temporary equipment as needed to connect a solar and battery system to the campus electrical distribution system. The connection work must be completed by July 15, 2027, and all contract work must be completed by September 30, 2027. A bid security of at least 5% of the total bid is required. The solicitation identifies participation goals of 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, 11% for Minority-Owned Businesses, and 19% for Woman-Owned Businesses. Bidders must purchase the contract documents from the designated document provider for their bids to be accepted.
