Description
The City of Eau Claire is seeking qualified contractors to perform energy efficiency upgrades on residential homes. The scope of work includes HVAC system upgrades, water heater upgrades, solar power installation, and weatherization work. Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at each property they intend to bid on. The bid package includes a subcontractor list form, bid bond form, schedule of prices, and bid document/specifications. A bid bond of 5% is required for bids over $50,000.
