Description
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit (ACC-DTA) is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Miller welders. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The solicitation specifies the need for Miller XMT 350 CC/CV Welders (part number 907161) capable of MIG (GMAW), Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), Flux-cored (FCAW), and air carbon arc cutting and gouging (CAC-A). These welders require 208-575V, 3-phase or single-phase power, with an output range of 10-38V and 15-425A, weighing approximately 80 lbs. An associated accessory, Miller suitcase feeder (part number 951580), is also required. Additionally, Miller Syncrowave 400 Welders are needed. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module by July 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The contract will be a one-time procurement with no option periods, and award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest price that meets all material requirements.
