Description
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to assess industry capabilities for providing field support to the Project Management Mounted Armored Vehicle (PM MAV) program, specifically for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) Family of Vehicles (FoV) and the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) FOV and their derivatives. The scope of support includes: * **Equipment Training:** Providing instructor personnel for New Equipment Training (NET) or Displaced Equipment Training (DET) within the Contiguous United States (CONUS). This involves developing and utilizing training materials, conducting risk analyses, and providing electronic and paper-based training support packages. * **Deprocessing:** Operating a deprocessing/prepare-for-issue (PFI) team to ensure vehicles are ready for operation upon arrival. This includes unpacking, filling fluids, cleaning, inspecting for damage, making necessary adjustments or repairs, and conducting joint inventories with the gaining unit. Technical manuals for various Bradley variants (M2A4, M7A4 BFIST, M2A3, M3A3 BFIST W/FS3) are referenced. * **CONUS Field Service Representatives (FSRs):** Providing experienced FSRs responsible for maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, data collection, fielding, deprocessing, storage, and shipping of combat vehicle systems. FSRs must be proficient in military automotive maintenance, reading schematics, and providing technical advice and hands-on maintenance instruction. * **Field Modifications Work Orders (MWOs):** Coordinating and applying field MWOs for hardware and software upgrades, including managing parts, coordinating application, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
