Description
The City of Sallisaw is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts. The scope includes furnishing all necessary tools, materials, and labor and performing the work required for the public improvements described in the plans and specifications. Bidders must submit a Noncollusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire, and either a certified or cashier’s check or a bidder’s surety bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is required, and the solicitation identifies bid forms, contract documents, plans, specifications, and bond forms as part of the procurement package.
