HVAC System Installation for Gym Field House

Description
Independent School District No. 4 of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma is soliciting bids for the installation of an air conditioning HVAC system at its gym field house. The project involves the complete installation of the HVAC system, including all necessary equipment and labor. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, either in person at 204 N Stacey Avenue in Gans, Oklahoma, or by mail to P.O. Box 70, Gans, OK 74936. Bids submitted by mail must have the envelope marked as a bid. A bid security is required in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The contract will be awarded within thirty days after bid opening, and the written contract must be executed within sixty days thereafter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities.
