Description
Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager or Senior Manager-level resource to supplement its internal team with technical leadership. The scope includes developing and refining a multi-year IT audit universe and risk-based plan, supporting engagement scoping and work-program development, and providing periodic oversight and brief closing-level review of engagements. Bids must include an hourly rate, if applicable; a description of the individual's work effort; a delivery schedule or completion timeline; and clear identification of any exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications. The procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office requirements, including a 0.5% fee on the total contract award and, if applicable, completion of a TERO Labor Agreement. TERO-certified bidders seeking TERO preferences must submit a copy of their TERO certificate with the bid.
