Description
Zion School District 28 is soliciting bids for Category One Internet access and data transmission service providing 1 Gbps bandwidth. The service must be dedicated, with guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds, and bids must identify the proposed bandwidth, recurring price, installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The service will terminate at Route 1, Stilwell, Oklahoma 74960. The selected provider must be eligible to provide OUSF support, participate in the E-rate program for the applicable funding year, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number, offer the lowest corresponding price, and permit SPIN changes. Installation and initial configuration are requested. The initial service range is listed as one to four years, and the vendor must offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service after the initial term or any voluntary renewal term if the district transitions providers.
