Description
This project involves the expansion of the existing evidence impound lot at the Department of Public Safety Training Division. The scope of work includes the installation of site lighting, security cameras, an automatic vehicle gate, and the construction of a new carport/work shed structure. The estimated value for this project is $800,000.00, with a contract time of 135 calendar days. Liquidated damages are set at $750.00 per calendar day. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. Bids will only be accepted electronically through QuestCDN.com, with a $20.00 fee for submission. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the project site located at 2101 Snyder Ave., Carson City, NV 89701. Prime contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Plans and specifications can be downloaded for a fee of $22.00.
