Description
This project involves trenching, saw-cutting, backfilling, and landscape repair to install new conduit for site pole lighting at the Stewart Facility. The scope also includes installing wiring for new pole lights and receptacles, and modifying the existing Lutron lighting control system to support the new fixtures. Manual on/off and dimming overrides will be located in Building #1. The contract duration is 70 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $320.00 per calendar day. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. Plans and specifications can be downloaded for a fee of $22.00. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted electronically through QuestCDN.com, with a $20.00 fee for submission.
