Description
Carson City is soliciting bids for the replacement of packaged rooftop HVAC units and associated work at the Lower Library. The project includes replacing nine packaged rooftop units and one makeup air handler. The units vary in capacity and voltage, with capacities ranging from 3-ton to 6-ton cooling and heating elements from 70 MBTU/hr to 93 MBTU/hr. Bidders must possess a valid Nevada State Contractor's license for the type and value of work involved. Digital copies of bid documents are available on the Carson City website.
