Washoe County is soliciting bids for the Steamboat Lift Station Reclaim Service Line Addition Project (PWP No.: WA-2026-418). The project is located at 1195 Trademark Drive, Reno, NV 89521, with an estimated cost range of $200,000 to $250,000. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of a 2/3-inch HDPE reclaim service line, including excavation, trenching, backfill, and restoration of asphalt pavement and concrete. While no pre-bid conference is scheduled, contractors are encouraged to inspect the site prior to bid submission. The deadline for RFI submittals is Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The approximate award date is Thursday, August 20, 2026, with construction expected to start around September 8, 2026, and last approximately 104 calendar days, completing around December 21, 2026.
