Description
This project involves the remodeling of two restrooms to ensure ADA compliance, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications. The estimated value for this project is $270,000.00, with a contract duration of 88 calendar days. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted electronically through QuestCDN.com, with a $20.00 fee for electronic bid submission. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the project site located at 500 Galletti Way, Sparks, Nevada 89431.
