Description
Utilities Kingston is seeking qualified consulting firms to perform Facility Condition Assessments, develop asset inventories, determine asset valuations, and prepare capital renewal plans for electrical and natural gas facilities. The scope includes electrical substations, natural gas regulating stations, associated buildings, site infrastructure, mechanical and HVAC systems, structural components, security systems, and other supporting facility assets. The resulting work will support asset management, lifecycle planning, capital budgeting, maintenance planning, and long-term infrastructure investment decisions.
