Description
The City of Meriden is establishing a framework contract for qualified trade labor services supporting future municipal projects. Work may be issued through project-specific fixed quotes or performed using submitted hourly rate schedules; detailed scopes will be provided through subsequent project-level solicitations. Potential services include carpentry, drywall, electrical, fencing, fire alarms, flooring, general labor, glazing, HVAC, insulation, masonry, painting, plumbing, roofing, security/data wiring, siding, sprinkler fitting, welding and fabrication, and related building or facility maintenance. Applicable Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection licenses or registrations are required for the relevant trades. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications and cost, ability to meet project deadlines, references, and financial responsibility.
