Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is soliciting for the establishment of a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for hardware and plumbing supplies. This BPA will cover a five-year period and has a total capacity not to exceed $12,000,000.00. The supplies include, but are not limited to, building materials, builder's hardware, tools, accessories, fasteners, shop supplies, safety equipment, paints, coatings, and various types of pipe, valves, and fittings for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price BPA Call orders. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business, with NAICS Code 332510 and a small business size standard of 750 employees. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The BPA will expire five years from the award date or upon reaching the not-to-exceed limit, whichever occurs first. The government anticipates awarding 3-5 BPAs based on the best value quotations received.
