Description
The State of Missouri Department of the National Guard is soliciting a medical provider to perform comprehensive occupational medical examinations and assessments for current security personnel and applicants with conditional job offers. Services include physical examinations, health and fitness assessments, vision and hearing screenings, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and same-day five-panel urine drug testing. The contractor must provide qualified and licensed medical professionals, accredited facilities, diagnostic equipment, laboratory analysis, scheduling, secure transmission of results, and medical records documentation. Approximately 60 examinations per region per year are estimated, with services required in SEMA Regions F and D. The initial contract period runs from award through one year, with two additional one-year renewal options. Responses must include the completed vendor response and business compliance exhibits and be submitted through the state's electronic procurement system.
