Jefferson County, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for HVAC controls services during 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed form; faxed and late bids will be rejected. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid it determines is in its best interest.
