Description
Jefferson County, Missouri, is requesting qualifications from a consulting engineering firm for the Lonedell Road Safety Improvements project. The consultant will provide professional engineering services, including preliminary and final construction plans, right-of-way and easement plats, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates. Supporting work may include field surveys, archaeological or environmental studies, and geotechnical investigations. The consultant will also provide limited construction engineering services, including staking new right-of-way corners, setting post-construction pins, reviewing shop drawings and material certifications, preparing drawing revisions, and responding to contractor and county requests for information. The Letter of Interest is limited to four pages and should describe the proposed project team, team-member backgrounds, similar completed or active projects, and relevant experience and performance.
