Description
The City of Byrnes Mill is soliciting a contractor to provide residential curbside collection of solid waste, trash, recyclable materials, and yard waste throughout the city. The service will cover approximately 1,300 residential housing units. Proposals must be submitted as sealed envelopes and must identify the vendor and proposal title on the outside. The solicitation states that hand-delivered proposals will be accepted only during specified weekday business hours. The complete RFP is available from the city’s website or by email request.
