Description
Jefferson County Facilities is soliciting a contractor to support and service its HVAC control systems for three years, with annual payments. The scope includes a WebCTRL support agreement; Cradlepoint annual licensing and ongoing IT support; software and server assurance; phone support; and updates to current Cradlepoint hardware on devices that are no longer supported. Services and hardware upgrades will support systems at the Administration building, Annex, Courthouse, Juvenile Detention facility, Jail, Justice Center, Animal Resource Center, and Crime Lab. Bidders must provide annual contract prices for Years One through Three and a separate price for the Cradlepoint hardware upgrade installation.
