Wagoner County is soliciting proposals for assessment, design, modernization, implementation, documentation, administrator training, and transitional support for its network infrastructure environment, including Fortinet network infrastructure and Cradlepoint cellular networking technologies. The selected provider must supply the labor, equipment, software, implementation services, documentation, and training needed to modernize the environment while allowing County IT personnel to retain ownership, administration, and operational control. Managed services provider arrangements are not being sought. Addendum No. 1 expands the requested solution to include a cloud-based email security and phishing protection platform comparable to Ironscales, with protection against phishing, business email compromise, malicious links, malicious attachments, and other email-borne threats. User awareness and phishing simulation capabilities and Microsoft 365 integration are preferred. The solution must also include backup and disaster recovery capabilities for Microsoft 365, servers, and other critical infrastructure as applicable, including secure backup storage, recovery capabilities, disaster recovery options, retention options, recovery procedures, monitoring, and ongoing support. The addendum acknowledgement must be signed and returned with the formal bid package.
