Description
Wainwright School District 9 is soliciting bids for Category 2 internal connections and basic maintenance of internal connections. The requested equipment includes one router with necessary software and licenses, three switches with necessary software and licenses, one uninterruptible power supply/battery backup unit with necessary software and licenses, and ten wireless access points with necessary software and licenses. Installation and initial configuration are required for the internal-connection equipment, and functional equivalents are acceptable where specified. The district also seeks basic maintenance for the routers, switches, uninterruptible power supply/battery backup, and wireless access points, as well as managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Bidders must complete the Category Two cover page, provide exact dollar amounts for eligible and ineligible charges, include applicable taxes, installation, lift rental, and travel costs in the total project costs, and identify separate costs for each project when applicable. Bid documents should be combined into one folder, with ZIP files accepted, and questions must be submitted through the designated question-submission process rather than directly to the applicant.
