Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting two automated unit-dose tablet and capsule packaging systems for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System: one for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center and one for the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center. Each tabletop system must include an integrated tablet counter, tamper-evident single-dose packaging, direct thermal printing with scannable linear and 2D barcodes, inventory and medication-management software, audit reporting, compatibility with VA Windows 10/11 systems, accessories, and the first year of required software or firmware licensing. The contractor must provide domestic end products, delivery, assembly, installation, validation and acceptance testing, electronic manuals, serial-number/IP/MAC inventory, on-site implementation and pharmacy-staff training, technical support, and a minimum one-year parts-and-labor warranty. Annual software licenses and maintenance support are contemplated for a base period and four option years. The offeror must be the OEM, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and must submit OEM authorization, a completed Buy American Certificate, and the required VA limitations-on-subcontracting certification. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis, with evaluation based on technical capability, compliance, price, delivery lead time, domestic-product certification, and OEM authorization.
