Description
The Broken Arrow Municipal Authority is soliciting bids for construction of a water transmission project on Elm Place between Florence Street and Miami Street. The work will replace an existing 10-inch waterline with approximately 2,700 linear feet of 16-inch waterline, 140 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, and 60 linear feet of 6-inch waterline. The scope includes excavation, grading, valves, fittings, and all necessary appurtenances. Construction time is 120 calendar days. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on September 9, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. CST. Bids are due through QuestCDN by 1:45 p.m. CST on September 22, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. CST the same day.
