Description
The Council Hill Public Works Authority is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a water and sewer system. The project is funded under CDBG Project Number 19630 and CDBG REAP 24. Bids must include assurances that all applicable provisions will be complied with. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or technicalities.
