Description
The Office of Exposition Park Management seeks an execution-focused firm to provide integrated business development, marketing, communications, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, strategic consulting, and event planning services. The scope includes market and revenue assessments; business development and revenue strategies; sponsorship asset inventories and valuation; prospecting, outreach, negotiation, agreement execution, partnership stewardship, and renewals; communications and brand management; media relations, advertising, content creation, speech writing, social media, crisis communications, and event support. Advisory-only services are insufficient; the selected firm must actively implement approved strategies and pursue measurable revenue outcomes. The solicitation requires a comprehensive technical proposal, organizational chart, relevant experience, at least three recent references and case studies, and numerous completed attachments, including a cost sheet, bidder certifications, references, insurance certificate and endorsements, and applicable state forms. The contract is anticipated to run for two years, commence upon Department of General Services approval, and end June 30, 2028, with a maximum value of $1,000,000. Services are expected to be performed remotely, offsite, and/or at Exposition Park, including occasional in-person activities and events.
