The Minnesota Department of Health intends to purchase Minnesota Physician Clinic Registry data through fiscal year 2027. The required data consists of information on Minnesota physician clinics and providers that is self-reported by clinics for the Minnesota Statewide Quality Reporting and Measurement System. The data submitted to the Minnesota Community Measurement organization must align with Minnesota Statutes section 62U.02 and Minnesota Rules chapter 4654.
