The Minnesota Air National Guard is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase of 20 TruLink Portable Transceivers, manufacturer part number 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28, on a brand-name-only basis. The transceivers must support wireless communication between crew members, work with existing headsets, avoid interference with other communications, be Bluetooth capable, and be approved for use on Air Force aeromedical evacuation missions and aircraft. The equipment must be small and lightweight and include a minimum one-year warranty. The solicitation includes separate pricing for shipping and will evaluate technical acceptability, equipment capabilities, delivery time, past performance, and price. Delivery is required on or before September 30, 2026.
