Minnesota IT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Health, intends to enter into a single-source agreement with Quest Analytics for up to 12 months. The scope includes implementation and software licensing for the Quest Enterprise Services Software as a Service Medicaid Template platform, development and deployment of a Medicaid-specific network adequacy template, and related maintenance and support. The platform will evaluate, map, and validate healthcare provider networks for Minnesota's managed care organizations, MNsure, and Medicaid/MinnesotaCare.
