Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District is soliciting proposals for local groceries and miscellaneous store-shelf items, including staple grocery products and grocers' miscellaneous items such as cake decorations, candles, canned fuel, food preservatives, matches, meal kits, toothpicks, and meal-preparation items.
