Description
The Provincial Health Services Authority, acting as an agent for Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Providence Health Care, is seeking quotations for wheelchairs, walkers, cushions, and related mobility equipment. The solicitation permits partial quotations and partial awards and anticipates a multi-supplier award strategy without a volume commitment. Products must meet the specified models, dimensions, capacities, configurations, and accessory requirements; acceptable equivalents may be quoted where expressly permitted. Pricing must include delivery to the designated receiving location at the New St. Paul's Hospital project site, assembly, and packaging removal. Clinical setup and asset tagging are not required, while staff training is preferred. All deliveries must be completed by December 18, 2026. Post-warranty service pricing is requested for information purposes only, and professional liability insurance is not required for suppliers providing equipment and related support services without clinical prescription services. An addendum states that submissions from U.S. suppliers will be disregarded and not evaluated.
