Description
The City of Winston-Salem is soliciting sealed bids for the Ziglar Road Salt Dome Project. The work includes construction of a covered salt storage dome and related site improvements, including clearing, minor demolition and well abandonment, grading, storm drainage, erosion control, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, chain-link fencing and gates, and electrical service. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and attendance is required to bid. The awarded contractor must provide performance and payment bonds. Bids are due October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
