Description
The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WSFCS) is soliciting bids for the replacement of two air handling units (AHUs) and associated equipment at their administrative office building located at 475 Corporate Square Drive, Winston-Salem, NC. The project involves demolition of existing AHUs, condensing units, refrigerant piping, pneumatic controls, and associated electrical connections. New work includes installation of new AHUs, condensing units, electric duct heaters, ductwork, controls, and electrical connections. The project includes a base scope for the first floor and an alternate (Alternate No. 1) for the second floor. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for a complete and operational system, including testing and balancing, and must comply with all applicable codes and standards.
