Description
West Haven City is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Windsor Park Improvements project. The opportunity is associated with building and facility construction, irrigation systems and equipment, ornamental plants and trees, and irrigation system maintenance and management services. Bidding documents may be requested by email from the project engineer beginning September 9, 2026. Formal questions must be submitted by email by September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT. Sealed bids are due at the West Haven City District office by September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. MDT. The posting states that submissions are subject to a 1 GB single-file upload limit, but the complete submission requirements must be confirmed in the bidding documents.
