Description
Union County is soliciting proposals from developers, nonprofit organizations, and HOME-ARP sponsors for activities benefiting qualifying populations, including people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, survivors of violence or trafficking, and eligible veterans and families. Eligible activities include affordable housing development and support, tenant-based rental assistance, supportive services, and acquisition or development of non-congregate shelter units. Approximately $1.3 million may be available through the HOME-ARP Program. Applicants must provide all information requested in the RFP. If a proposal involves relocation, it must include a one-page relocation plan and the required General Information Notices and proof of delivery and receipt. Proposals must include one original paper copy, six additional paper copies, and an electronic copy of the Application Package in Word and Excel formats, with required scanned attachments on a USB drive.
