The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, through the National Marine Fisheries Service Southwest Fisheries Science Center, is soliciting whole genome sequencing services. Amendment 0001 clarifies that the solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, corrects the solicitation’s prior unrestricted designation, and states that vendors must be registered small businesses under NAICS 541990 to be eligible for award.
