Description
Lincoln Electric System is seeking proposals for maintenance and license renewal for Palo Alto firewall systems supporting its Edge, DMZ, and SCADA environments. Bidders must submit complete specifications and descriptive information describing the work and equipment or merchandise proposed, including design, capacity, operation, construction, materials, workmanship, and performance guarantees, as applicable. The bid package requires a signed bid reply and signature page, and bidders must submit the required technology-related certification under Nebraska's Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act. The solicitation also requires completion and return of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance form. Detailed specifications and the price form are released after completion of the LES Confidentiality and Security Agreement; that agreement is a prerequisite to receiving those documents.
