Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research, not a request for proposal. The Naval Air Systems Command is assessing firms’ capabilities for a potential follow-on contract to support design, development, integration, and testing of the Growler Block II Phase 2 AN/ALQ-264(V) Beowulf system for U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force EA-18G aircraft. The anticipated work includes non-recurring engineering; eight prototype inboard leading-edge flaps, sensor control units, and power control units; operational flight program software and firmware; flight qualification and test support; aircraft integration and deficiency correction; laboratory test assets; a validated technical data package; and logistics products. An option for long-lead material in FY2030 is also contemplated. Interested firms are asked to email a capability statement of no more than 10 pages, using at least 12-point font and 1.5 spacing, with content in bullet format. Responses should identify company and point-of-contact details, business size and socioeconomic status, joint-venture eligibility, and potential subcontracting possibilities. The notice states an anticipated 60-month period of performance from award, expected March 2028 through March 2033.
